what weight does a chair or float support?
Our products do not sink, however, under increased weight they will sit lower in the water.
what is the life expectancy for these products?
These products have been in use in the same conditions in the USA and Caribbean for many years and have lasted for many years.
what if I use the float or chair once and I do not like it.
Use our returns form and we will refund you the purchase cost. You will only have to pay for the return. You will have to dry the chair and put it in its undamaged original packaging. Sealing it and returning it having followed the instructions set out in returns. These products will then be used in our discount section or as samples.
what is special about the loungers, floats and other products?
Our floating chairs and lounges offer unrivalled buoyancy and durability (chairs have internal steel frame) combined with comfort and great looks (with a variety of colours they will blend with your other outdoor furniture).
can I return it if I don’t like it?
You have 7 days for returns, provided the order is undamaged and returned in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund minus the return postage. Please see the returns section.
do you offer a warranty?
Yes, there is a one year manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell.
the image shown indicates a 2 tone colour yet under the colour chat there is only 1 colour, which is right?
This is applicable when the product has a camouflage finish etc. Our website only allows us to pick one colour per item; therefore please be guided by the picture as it is an example of how that item really is. Please feel free to contact us if you still have doubts.
are the materials used hard?
Our floats and chairs have a double coating of foam that is then covered in vinyl. This gives them a very soft and comfortable texture without compromising durability.
